It is something for you to complete by yourself, so there are no issues about confidentiality etc., so try and be as honest as possible with your answers.

It is very easy. Please use the scale below to score yourself against the different characteristics.

1 becomes 6, 2 becomes 5, 3 becomes 4, 4 becomes 3, 5 becomes 2, 6 becomes 1 and 7 becomes 0.
Score Interpretation
0-14 is a Low score
21-28 is an Average score
35-49 is a High score
You can now use your score to assess your character. For example, if your highest score is in the ‘B’ column, you are a ‘B’ personality; if your highest score is in the ‘M’ column, you are an ‘M’ personality; and a high ‘L’ score means that you have ‘L’ tendencies.
Most people will be mixtures of all three types; the highest score is indicating your most salient features.
